Vista El Mar - Newsletter 8 (July 2008)

Hi Vista El Mar students friends and newcomers,

Well congratulations this month go to Amy Durrent, Richard Woodhouse and Josh Mears for compleating their Open Water at a very murky Gildenberg, Karl Bastard, Tod Wurr and Aaron Elfleet for compleating there Rescue Diver and Emergency First Response courses. Well done to all.

Trips

The main news this month is that we are proposing a trip to Gran Caneria approx £300 a head, flights and accomodation on a self catering basis, it will be the last week in November or the week prior. The price is based on 10 people going, as of the moment there are four people interested.
I am looking at a long weekend trip to Malta end of September leaving on Friday coming back on the Monday. Prices on this will depend on how many want to go but the flights will probably work out at £75!!!
Other trips include Egypt in February of next year and the Malta annual trip first weekend in May also Nemo 33 again at some stage during January.

Courses

The Nitrox course from last month will go ahead now in about a weeks time. Also Advanced Open Water hopefully starting shortly, any other courses that interest any one please get in touch.
